Welcome to McClintock Industrials Ltd Caravan Storage, we are based at Creca Business Park, between the M74 and A75.
Ideally placed for exploring the Lakes, Borders, Lowlands and Highlands, whether you live locally or further afield.
Services and Security
The site is between the B722, and B6557, with excellent access both North and South at Junction 20 of the M74, just 2 miles away. The A75 is just 3 miles south making it easy to head west to explore Dumfries and Galloway or take the Ferry to Ireland.
We offer all year round storage contracts for caravans, motorhomes, Boats and other vehicles. Our storage is securely fenced and monitored by CCTV.
The facility is open to customers from all over the UK, not just locally, rather than tow your van or drive in your motorhomes home and back again, save time and fuel and leave them with us ready to embark on your next adventure.
Charges
Our current standard 2021 pricing categories are as follows (please note, Large Vehicles or caravans which are oversized in length or width may attract other charges, the following provides an indication only).
- Single Axle Caravan/Car/Trailer/Boat:
- £432/annum (either by monthly payment of £36 (minimum 3 month contract), or annual discounted rate of £410 as a single payment.
- Twin Axle Caravan/Motorhome/Camper/Boat/other Vehicle:
- £456/annum (either by monthly payment of £38 (minimum 3 month contract), or annual discounted rate of £430 as a single payment.
Payments can be made in the following ways:
- Cash in Person
- Standing Order
- Bank Transfer

About Us
McClintock Industrials Limited is a fledgling company who are repurposing and developing this site with the aim of providing safe and secure, storage, together with affordable commercial spaces for local business, and private use.
If you are considering finding a storage solution in Southern Scotland for your caravan, motorhome, boat or horse box then look no further and enjoy the benefits – We have a new open air storage facility designed to help you to free up valuable parking space at your home. Our compound provides secure, off-road storage to help keep your pride and joy safe, because even when you are not at home for a short spell it leaves an open message for criminals.
Regardless of how secure caravan and motorhome storage is we thoroughly recommend that you utilise two or more security measures for your vehicle’s security and your peace of mind. Simple added security measures can include Steering Wheel Locks, Wheel Clamps, Hitch Locks, and registration of your motorhome or caravan making finding and tracking your vehicle much easier should it get stolen.
Insurance
- Your caravan is not insured by us when on our site.
- We advise you take the following safety precautions when leaving it on site:
- Turn off the gas bottles.
- Disconnect the battery and lock up.
- In very cold weather drain the water system.
- We hope your stay is trouble free and thank you for your custom.
Parking Bays
- Your Parking Bay is numbered and is for your use only. Please make sure that you only use your allocated bay, when you store your vehicle securely on our site you can leave your car in your bay until you return.
- If you require more than one pitch the appropriate fee will be charged.
- If you do not wish to renew, please let us know, and make sure your property is removed from the site.
FAQs
Lots of motorhome and caravan owners have reservations or questions about storing their vehicle in a facility:
Yes we do have plots available at the present time. Once we are full, we will then operate a waiting list and allocate parking according to the available plot size.
There is a generous space of 1.2M (3′ 11″) between units.
Yes prospective customers are welcome to view the site on an appointment basis.
No sorry, we cannot provide any undercover storage at present.
You can leave your car in your own bay while you are out in your motorhome.
There is access to water and electricity on site so you can use your own cleaning equipment.
Sorry, we don’t have a waste disposal facility of any kind, and request that all rubbish is removed when you leave the site.
