McClintock Industrials Limited is a fledgling company who are repurposing and developing the former Sawmill site as Creca Business Park with the aim of providing safe secure storage, together with affordable commercial rental units and workshops for local business, and private use.
We have self-contained units with their own offices, kitchens and toilet facilities, clients renting our smaller units have access to our shared welfare facilities.
All of our units have free parking outside your unit, roller shutters or secure doors for flexible, easy access. CCTV coverage, with direct vehicle access for loading and unloading. (And if that’s not enough, we’ve even got a handful of dedicated self-storage spaces.)
